We ship your order with DHL and Deutsche Post.

An order on Ramadan24.de can only be delivered to a delivery address within the EU.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

• Within Germany:
  • Shipping costs: €4.95
  • Free shipping on orders over €80
• To other EU countries and Switzerland: Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Would you like to save on shipping costs? Use our Click & Collect option! Order online and pick up your order yourself at our warehouse in Raunheim.

When will my order arrive?

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. There you will find the tracking number, with which you can track the shipment status at any time.

• Delivery time Germany: 1–4 business days (Monday–Saturday)
• Delivery time EU countries / Switzerland: 3–7 business days

How do I find out the estimated delivery date?

You will see the estimated delivery date when completing your order under “Shipping Options”.

Can I change the delivery location or day afterwards?

Yes, that is possible! Our shipping partners DHL or Deutsche Post will inform you by email about the package notification. There you can:

• Choose a preferred delivery location (e.g., a parcel shop or drop-off location)
• Change the delivery day if you are not at home

Delivery to a Packstation or a parcel shop?

You can also have your package delivered to a DHL Packstation.
