Payment Methods

 

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

PayPal

You pay the invoice amount via the online payment service PayPal. To use PayPal, you need a valid PayPal account with your bank or credit card details stored in it.
For technical reasons, payment via PayPal is unfortunately only possible online.

Sofortüberweisung (Instant Bank Transfer)

Enables an instant transfer from your PIN/TAN-enabled bank account for rapid shipment of goods. Only the standard fees charged by your own bank apply.

Credit Card
You can pay using the following credit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa, and American Express.
Your credit card details are transmitted to us via secure 128-bit encryption when you place your order.
With this payment method, your credit card account is charged when the order is submitted.
There are no limits on credit card payments.

Pickup

Customers from Frankfurt am Main, Raunheim, or Rüsselsheim am Main also have the option to view and pick up their ordered items in person.
As we do not operate a standard retail store, please proceed as follows:

Add the items to your shopping cart as usual and proceed to checkout.
You can select “Pickup” as the payment method. This way, your order is prepared directly for pickup.
You have the opportunity to try on items here and decide which ones you’d like to take with you (meaning you can order multiple sizes to choose from).
Payment is made on-site; cash and PayPal are accepted.
Pickup is available Monday through Saturday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
